Position Overview

The Omnichannel Marketing Manager is a strategic brand steward responsible for owning the brand expressions and consistency across the full consumer journey—online and in-store. This role is designed to deliver a unified customer experience with a focus on how consumers actually shop, learn, and make decisions within the category.

This role sits on the Sales Activation team and leads the development and execution of integrated omnichannel strategies that connect awareness through conversion and support. The Omnichannel Marketing Manager ensures that every consumer touchpoint delivers the right message, content, and experience at the right moment, enabling confident purchase decisions and driving brand preference. Working cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Sales, IT, and Creative, this role owns brand expression across the funnel and ensures that marketing efforts are cohesive, consumer-led, and commercially impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end brand expression across the consumer journey, ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints (in-store, online, and owned channels)
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable activation plans that support both brand building and sales conversion.
  • Develop and lead omnichannel activation strategies that reflect how consumers shop the category
  • Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales to bring omnichannel strategies to life, ensuring seamless integration between digital and physical experiences.
  • Create cross-channel communication plans, defining the role of each audience (associate, field, consumer) and each placement (in-store, shelf, book) within the full funnel.
  • Plan and execute activations including sample books, displays, POP, digital product experience
  • Act as the primary connector across Marketing, Trade, Sales, IT, and Creative teams to deliver integrated programs.
  • Lead content development across formats, including photo shoots, CGI, and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring all assets align to brand standards
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships for timely, cost efficient executions
  • Oversee project management workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.


Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in brand, omnichannel, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading full-funnel, omnichannel strategies across digital and physical environments.
  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior, retail environments, and category decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and cross-functional partners.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Consumer goods and retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience activating brands in-store and online.
