As our Human Resources Generalist, you'll help shape every stage of the employee journey, from welcoming new hires on day one to supporting benefits, leave administration, employee engagement, and company culture. Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding
Create a seamless experience from an employee's first day to their last. You'll coordinate onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and everything in between to ensure every transition is organized, welcoming, and reflects the Olympus employee experience.
HRIS, Employee Records & HR Administration
Keep our HR operations running smoothly by maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, processing employee changes, and ensuring the accuracy of important data and documentation.
Leave & Accommodation Administration
Support employees through life's important moments by administering leave programs and workplace accommodations with empathy, accuracy, and compliance.
Workers' Compensation
Partner with employees, managers, medical providers, and insurance carriers to coordinate workers' compensation claims and help employees safely return to work.
Benefits Administration
Help employees make the most of their benefits by supporting enrollments, life events, open enrollment, and answering questions throughout the year.
Employee Support & Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted HR resource by providing guidance on policies, procedures, and workplace questions while helping foster a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment.
Employee Engagement, Recognition & Communication
Help bring the Olympus culture to life through employee events, recognition programs, internal communications, and engagement initiatives that make our workplace one employees are proud to be part of.
Performance, Training & Payroll Support
Support employee growth and organizational success by assisting with performance management, training programs, timekeeping, and payroll processes.
Compliance & General Responsibilities
Help ensure our HR practices remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with company goals while continuously looking for ways to improve the employee experience.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience with onboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, benefits, leave administration, workers' compensation, and employee relations support
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, benefits administration, payroll, and employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A positive, service-oriented mindset and a passion for creating a great employee experience
