Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments, utilizing evidence-based methods to evaluate mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions using secure virtual tools, adjusting therapeutic techniques to the individual needs of clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and more.
  • Actively collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, providing continuous support and adapting strategies as necessary throughout the treatment journey.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and extensive documentation of therapy sessions through our integrated practice management system, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress.
  • Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development activities, participating in peer review sessions and continuous education opportunities offered by our network.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Olympus Mental and Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to seniors. Our clients may present with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
