Location: Daily Field Travel throughout Tri County (Palm Beach, Broward, Dade Counties)

What You'll Do
At Olympus, our agency partners are at the heart of everything we do and as a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our brand across the Southeast territory. You'll build lasting relationships, identify growth opportunities, and help independent agencies succeed by delivering exceptional service, market insights, and strategic support.
This is more than a sales role. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to our agency partners, collaborate with teams across the organization, and play an important role in expanding Olympus' presence throughout the Southeast while strengthening the partnerships that drive our success. Key Responsibilities
  • Grow & Strengthen Agency Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners throughout the Southeast territory by understanding their business, identifying opportunities for growth, and helping them maximize profitability. You'll actively seek new agency partnerships while continuing to support and strengthen existing ones.
  • Be the Trusted Resource: Support agencies with day-to-day questions, identify trends within your region, solve challenges, and provide recommendations that improve performance. You'll help ensure agencies have the tools, resources, and guidance they need to succeed.
  • Champion the Olympus Brand: Represent Olympus at agency visits, industry events, conferences, and association meetings. You'll educate partners on our products, highlight what makes Olympus different, and help strengthen our presence in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with Product, Underwriting, Marketing, and other internal teams by sharing valuable agency feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights that help shape future products, communications, and strategies.
  • Deliver Results: Take ownership of your territory by developing strategies that drive profitable growth, achieve regional sales goals, and contribute to the overall success of the Sales & Marketing team. You'll also provide support during catastrophe events when business needs require additional flexibility.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of insurance carrier or agency experience preferred.
  • Previous sales, business development, or territory management experience.
  • Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License.
  • Strong understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service while living Olympus' values of Service, Simplicity, and Accountability.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred.
