Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process digital files for print production
  • Review and troubleshoot files for potential issues
  • Ensure that all files meet print production requirements
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Maintain accurate records of all prepress activities
  • Perform routine maintenance on prepress equipment
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in prepress technology

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in prepress operations
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Knowledge of prepress software, such as Preps and Primergy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
