Join our Founder's Club team as a Full-Time Bartender and showcase your mixology skills in a sophisticated and elegant setting. We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for crafting exquisite cocktails and providing exceptional service to our esteemed guests. If you have a flair for mixology and a commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences, this could be your perfect role!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, with impeccable presentation and attention to detail
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, including ingredients, recipes, and recommendations
  • Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food & beverages
  • Remain attentive to the needs and requests of the customers
  • Treat customers with courtesy and respect
  • Learn the names and personally recognize guests
Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a bartender in a high-end hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage trends, and a wide range of spirits, wines, and cocktails
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
  • Food Handers Card and MAST permit required
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
