This might be your spot.

Who We Are

Las Olas is a fast-casual, quick-serve, Latin-influenced restaurant serving some of the freshest burritos, tacos, bowls, and more. Everything is made-to-order and made-from-scratch - for dine-in or take-out.

#locallyownedlocallyrolled

We're currently hiring Dishwashers for our Wells location:
1517 Post Road ( Route 1! )

What We're Looking For

You don't need experience - but you do need:

  • Reliable transportation (yes, that means getting to work on time)

  • Availability for PM shifts (you'll be out by 9:00-9:30 PM!)

  • Ability to keep the dish station clean, organized, and running smooth

  • Positive attitude & strong TEAM mentality

  • Willingness to learn and adapt

  • Ability to pass a background check

If you've washed dishes before? Awesome.
If not? We'll train you like a pro.

Why This Job Doesn't "Sink"
  • FREE shift meals

  • Super flexible scheduling

  • Full-time & Part-time options

  • Medical / Dental / Vision (FT eligible employees)

  • Company perks & merch

  • Up to $25/hr (base pay $15.10 + tip pool!)

Yes - dishwashers share in the tip pool. Hard work pays.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Wash dishes using our three-bay sink system

  • Keep stations & storage areas clean and organized

  • Handle trash & recycling runs

  • Be the behind-the-scenes hero that keeps everything flowing

Let's be honest - without dish, there is no service.

If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to jump in - we want to meet you.
