The IT Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on how to use various information technology processes, systems, and techniques to solve business problems or meet company objectives. They analyze, solve or develop an organizationโ€™s IT systems to ensure they work efficiently. We are looking for someone who has experience in an IT Department or consulting company and who has a broad exposure and background across a range of technology areas in the Developmental Disabilities business domain.

DODD is currently seeking an IT Consultant 1 to provide staff augmentation. Specific worker characteristic requirements are listed below.ย  Work will be performed at the home or at DODD location (Rhodes Office Tower 18th floor, 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio).

We are seeking knowledgeable person with combination of expertise in identity management, collaboration platforms, cloud security, customer relationship management, and user account security to meet the complex demands of a modern enterprise IT environment. Key systems like Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) ensure seamless identity synchronization and automation of access management, while SharePoint enables efficient collaboration and document management across teams. Expertise in Okta is critical for enforcing robust security measures such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), ensuring secure access to applications across the enterprise. Additionally, knowledge of Salesforce allows for customized CRM solutions, data management, and secure integration with other enterprise systems.

Equally important is experience in IT User Account Security, which safeguards sensitive information by ensuring secure user account setup, maintenance, and deactivation. Expertise in this area allows for the development and enforcement of access control policies, regular security audits, and swift response to incidents, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access and protecting valuable organizational data. By combining these specialized skills in MIM, SharePoint, Okta, Salesforce, and user account security, this role ensures that operations are secure, streamlined, and aligned with organizational goals while meeting regulatory compliance standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Serve as senior technical expert and guide our clients to successfully learn, adopt, and use Salesforce through best delivery methodology practices (Agile, scrum, SAFe, etc.)

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Generate, identify and qualify methods of incorporating technology with the standard industry practices.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Study technical trends and how to effect these acquired information with the purpose of upgrading the systems.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Serve as an advisor on industry alternatives, options, perils, and provide data on the advantages against the disadvantages of the same on the business processes and procedures.

Do you understand, and will abide by, the provision in your subcontract with OST that it is PROHIBITED for government equipment to be taken or used outside of the United States by your contractors? The consequences of this occurring can and will result in repercussions to you, the prime vendor, regardless if the candidate works for a sub-vendor of yours. It will also result in immediate termination of the contractor and make them ineligible for rehire in the program.
