Partner with the best

As an Application Engineer - Thru Tubing Intervention, you will be responsible for being the primary point of contact to external customers to build relationships and ensure seamless service delivery pertaining to various Completion and Wellbore Intervention products with primary focus on Upper Completions, Intelligent Production Systems, and occasionally Lower Completions.

As Lead Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with Managing the Job Cycle (MtJC) process

  • Helping design a job program, including risk mitigation plans, and contingency plans, that can meet the client's objective

  • Working with the SDC / Salesperson to ensure any risk of meeting the client's objective is communicated to the client using the appropriate channels/processes for the respective client

  • Providing on-demand support in accordance with product portfolio or on-call schedule for job execution

  • Comparing job as-planned vs job as-executed and document any lessons learned to ensure opportunity for continuous improvement

  • Participate in Incident Investigation, ensuring end to end process from job planning, preparation and execution is considered to determine the incident root cause and drive appropriate corrective actions

  • Have High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred

  • Have 3+ years of relevant work experience (preferably Thru Tubing/Coil Tubing)

  • Have excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills

  • Show ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries

  • Show ability to be on call outside of normal business hours

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization

  • Have thorough understanding of product line and technical job planning requirements

  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Have strong organizational, analytics and problem solving skills

  • Must have ability to travel (rig sites, customer facilities, meeting, across region, etc.)
