What You'll Do
  • Shape: Be a confident source of direction and a thought leader for both mindsets and craft among your client partners, strategy peers and the broader team to transform social experiences.
  • Innovate: Open doors, hunt for opportunities to create transformative work and change . Be on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure
  • Advocate : Pull senior stakeholders along with you to prove the power of social-first work and thinking .
  • Collaborate : Skillfully work as one integrated team with clients and SMEs across a network of high-performing WPP agencies and IAT partners to create impactful work.
  • Build: Be relentless in your pursuit of helping our client have the best social media presence in the world through a focus on customer behavior and a passion for identifying what's next.
  • Connect : Oversee research, identification, and relationship management with influencers that help meet brand goals via influencer partnerships
What You'll Need
  • Be the "go-to" thought leader and expert in driving integration between social and brand strategy and engagement planning.
  • Create and conduct influencer briefs for creatives and influencers
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic story-telling that drive impact
  • Create communications that meet client objectives in the areas of social media strategy, digital platform and campaign development, research, content amplification and analytics
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues thoughtfully and effectively
  • Manage multiple campaigns from concept to completion by anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering client counsel, overseeing quality, and ensuring the work delivers impact and value
  • Create synergies between social and other disciplines: PR & Influencer, Customer Engagement & Commerce, Data & Analytics, and Media.
  • Lead innovation and implementation of key strategic frameworks in social and brand strategy with the ability to develop end-to-end solutions with social at heart.
  • Oversee quality and development of creative (concept) briefs and briefings as well as asset briefs to meet modern marketing needs to drive concept to content across experience seamlessly connecting social to the full ecosystem.
  • Be the key player in new briefs representing the agency and the social expertise.
  • Understands influencer search tools and platforms to assess the effectiveness of an influencer
  • Be a key player in the development of social and influencer playbooks/toolkits for multiple clients
  • Build strong relationship with creative leaders and creative community.
  • Become strong contributor in a global thought-leadership network.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
