Work you'll do

As a Dynamics 365 Technical Senior Consultant, you will: 

  • Lead a technical workstream within multidisciplinary projects, designing and delivering scalable solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 capabilities across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Contact Center
  • Support solution architecture, custom development, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and technical documentation, with a focus on secure, maintainable, and user-centered solutions.
  • Configure and enhance AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, custom copilot agents, and related Microsoft AI tools to support sales and service use cases.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, architects, developers, and onshore/offshore delivery teams to translate requirements into solutions, communicate technical decisions and trade-offs, support project delivery, and mentor junior team members.

Required

  • 6+ years of consulting or industry experience, including 4+ years delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two Dynamics 365 modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Contact Center.
  • Experience configuring contact center capabilities, including skills-based routing, chat, queue management, omnichannel workflows, and digital service channels.
  • 3+ years designing enterprise solution architectures, including Dataverse security models, data migrations, integrations, and environment administration.
  • Proficiency with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development tools, including C#, Dataverse Web API, plug-ins, JavaScript, Power Fx, PowerShell, Power Automate, Dataflows, and Azure integration services.
  • 3+ years of experience with DevOps practices, including Git, repository management, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent number of years of experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred

  • Experience deploying and maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence Starter Kit in production.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, custom copilot agents, or related Microsoft AI tools.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.
