Job Title: Receptionist

Location: 500 E. 12th Street, P.O. Box 629, Bloomsburg, PA 17815

Shift time: General Day shift 

Daily Tasks:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and route appropriately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, postage meter.
  • Sort and distribute mail into correct mailboxes.
  • Greet, Screen, and assist visitors.
  • Update TV Monitors.

  • Enter training longs into KBP Training Database.
  • Assist HR and EHS as requested.
  • Run queries and update the Value Chain.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
