Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Mutterkonzern Jiuli Europe GmbH einen engagierten Mitarbeiter Group Finance (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Konsolidierung.

- Selbständige Konsolidierung von vier Gesellschaften nach HGB und IFRS
- Analyse und Kommentierung von Einzelabschlüssen der Tochtergesellschaften und Berichterstattung monatlicher Konzernabschlüsse an die Muttergesellschaft
- Konzernjahresabschluss und Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern zur Durchführung der Konzernabschlussprüfung
- Ansprechpartner Grundsatzfragen der Tochtergesellschaften und bei Fragen der Muttergesellschaft
- Beteiligungscontrolling, Aufbau eines einheitlichen Benchmarkingsystems auf GuV Level
- Aufbau Internal Audit
- Mitwirkung bei anderen Group Finance Themen, wie Treasury, Steuern- und Versicherungskonzept, Konzernrichtlinien
- Ggf. Stellvertretungsarbeiten bei einer Tochtergesellschaft
Sie verfügen idealerweise über:
- Studium Rechnungswesen oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder Fachwirt
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit
- Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
