  • Operate internal control processes, approval frameworks, and ERP accounting modules while maintaining data integrity.
  • Independently resolve accounting, cost, budget, and reporting issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Business level proficiency in Korean is required.
  • Minimum 6~10 years of relevant experience in cost & accounting, preferably in EPC, offshore, onshore plant, energy, engineering, manufacturing, or global project environments.
  • Strong understanding of EPU business support processes, cross-functional coordination, documentation discipline, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to work with global and regional teams in a matrix organization and manage priorities in a project-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant enterprise systems such as ERP, accounting, reporting, collaboration, or IT service platforms as applicable to the role.
  • Experience supporting offshore, onshore, EPC/EPCI, shipbuilding, or energy plant projects (preferred).
  • Experience in global or regional office operations and multicultural stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience leading workstreams, improving processes, reviewing outputs, and advising management.
  • Knowledge of financial closing, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, ERP FI/CO processes, internal controls, and management reporting.
