Job description

Our client, a prestigious real estate company, is seeking a professional and dependable contract Office Assistant to support daily office operations at their stunning development for a few months. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a small, dedicated team, providing essential administrative support in a dynamic environment. Compensation: $22-$24/hr*
*Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate day-to-day administrative functions including data entry, document processing, and memo creation
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and inquiries from tenants and vendors
  • Maintain organized files, scan invoices, and support work order entries
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Manage vendor communications and coordinate with property management teams
  • Serve as the point of contact for tenants, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently
  • Support the Property Manager with miscellaneous clerical duties as required

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a small office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Yardi property management software is a plus; training can be provided
  • Exceptional professionalism and solid customer service skills
