About the Role
Jarvis Law Office is expanding and seeking an Office Administrator to join our team of professionals in our Lancaster office!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is new to the workforce and looking to start a career, or for someone reentering the workforce and eager to grow with a supportive team. If you have strong customer service skills and are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients, we would love to hear from you.

We are a fast-growing elder law and estate planning firm with a top reputation for outstanding client care. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping ensure the success of our team and the overall efficiency of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Support our Client Services Coordinators, Paralegals, and Marketing Team.
  • Conduct client check-in calls to ensure satisfaction, document feedback, and share it with the appropriate team members.
  • Create and maintain organized record-keeping systems for client data.
  • Run print jobs and operate office equipment (folder, inserter, and sealing machines) for marketing mailings.
  • Scan and save client documentation and mail to electronic files.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Keep conference rooms, lobby, and reception areas neat and presentable.
  • Run business errands as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as directed.
  • Manage and update client management systems for marketing events and client files.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently, following through to completion.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to grow within the role through learning and skill development.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Prior customer service experience, particularly with geriatric clients, preferred.
  • Proficient with basic computer software and office equipment; ability to quickly learn new programs is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
