Southwest Indianapolis | Fully Onsite
Contract-to-Hire | Immediate Need
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization on the southwest side of Indianapolis to find a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator. If you enjoy being the go-to person in the office, staying organized, and supporting multiple teams, this could be a great fit.
This is a highly visible role where attendance, reliability, and strong Excel skills are essential. We're looking for someone who has previous experience working with spreadsheets daily, including creating, updating, and tracking data.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors.
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and appointment scheduling.
  • Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets used for tracking shipments, inventory, employee information, and operational data.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems.
  • Support customer service, accounting, and HR with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding paperwork, and employee record updates.
  • Monitor office inventory and help keep workplace operations running smoothly.

  • Previous administrative, office support, receptionist, customer service, or coordinator experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with hands-on experience using spreadsheets daily.
