Join Aprio's Client Accounting Services team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
  • Weekly file review and client consulting
  • Review and submit period end bank reconciliations
  • Cashflow management/budgeting and client communication
  • Period end review of client accounts of before submission for financial statement preparation
  • Onboard new clients including new concepts
  • Automation troubleshooting
  • Test and implement new processes
  • Assist with special projects as needed for department and firm
  • Provide backup when needed
  • Assist, monitor, and train staff
  • Assist team leaders with various team metrics and goals
  • Assist team leaders with staff review process

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in accounts payable and bookkeeping
  • Working knowledge of general ledger and bill pay software
  • Experience with double entry bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Ability to handle more than one project / task at a time
  • Ability to learn different software and understand how they work and improve the firm in total
  • Ability to think critically
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Etc.
