About the Role

Kunes Automotive and RV Group is hiring a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership. In this front desk role, you'll greet live customers, answer a multi-line phone system, register warranties on newly sold vehicles, and support our sales, service, and parts departments with accurate administrative and clerical work - plus whatever else comes up on a given day. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, friendly, and detail-oriented who enjoys a fast-paced customer service environment. No dealership experience required - we will train the right candidate.


Receptionist Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet live customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Answer and route a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns with professionalism

Administrative & Inventory Support

  • Register warranties for newly sold vehicles
  • Enter new vehicle units into inventory and process wholesale unit paperwork
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support for sales, service, and parts teams
  • Maintain an organized front desk and filing system

General Support

  • Support multiple departments simultaneously in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

Receptionist Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
