Job description

Entry Level - Parts Sales Position

KKT chillers is a global supplier of process fluid chillers and has provided customers with specialized cooling solutions for more than 30 years.

KKT has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales person to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of industry sales experience.

The core responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Providing sales support to our customers, local contractors and prospects via phone or email.
  • Providing quotes and processing orders.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
  • Cooperation with team members and other departments to share information, communicate and collaborate as needed.
  • Position reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager.

General Tasks are, but not limited to:

  • Assist and support our US based Sales & Marketing team with any sales, part sales or marketing related issues.
  • Making sure that all paperwork is completed accurately so that any orders submitted are traceable to the correct quote as applicable.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Represent KKT chillers in a professional manner while interacting with our customers.
  • Adhere to our company’s ISO requirements and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
