Job Description
The Assistant Front Office Manager at Marriott Tampa Westshore plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and guest services. This position supports the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences by leading the front office team, managing daily operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily front office operations including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front office staff to provide outstanding guest service and maintain Marriott brand standards.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor front office financial transactions and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Support the Front Office Manager in administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations of front office team members.
