Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and facility management. This role is critical to ensuring the firm runs efficiently, systems are maintained, and team members are supported.

This is a dynamic administrative position focused on strengthening the office culture and driving accountability. The successful candidate will be self-directed, taking full ownership of the role by identifying process inefficiencies and proactively implementing effective solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Office & Facility Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Manage building-related needs, including maintenance, vendors, and workspace functionality
  • Coordinate with service providers and ensure timely resolution of facility issues

Staff Oversight & Support

  • Act as a central point of contact for office staff needs
  • Support team productivity by maintaining organized workflows and communication
  • Assist leadership in reinforcing operational standards and accountability

Inventory & Vendor Management

  • Maintain office supply inventory and ordering processes
  • Track usage, control costs, and prevent shortages or overstock
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers

HR Support Functions

  • Assist with onboarding and off boarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support basic HR compliance and internal processes



Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or similar role
  • 2+ years of experience managing staff
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to take initiative and operate with minimal supervision
  • Experience with basic HR functions preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
