We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations, product sample management, and administrative support. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, coordinating brand samples for internal teams and retail partners, and ensuring smooth office functionality in a fast-paced distribution environment.


1. Sample Management


  • Manage inbound and outbound product samples
  • Track sample inventory and maintain organized storage system
  • Coordinate sample shipments to retailers, media, and partners
  • Maintain detailed sample log and distribution records
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with sample preparation for meetings and line reviews

2. Office Administration


  • Oversee office supplies ordering and inventory management
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor services
  • Manage shipping and receiving for office-related items
  • Handle general administrative duties (filing, document organization, mail distribution)

3. Operational Support


  • Assist with event preparation (retail meetings, brand visits, presentations)
  • Support onboarding logistics (office setup, equipment coordination)
