Overview:
This is a floater position. You will support hardware and software across the customer environment, helping maintain reliable device performance and effective workflows. In this customer-facing role, you will provide proactive device monitoring, incident resolution, firmware configuration, and workflow support while serving as an advocate for the client. What You Will Do:

  • Manage the equipment fleet, monitor performance, and coordinate service response

  • Provide on-site helpdesk support and serve as a point of contact for escalations

  • Administer workflow scanning configurations, firmware updates, and device deployments

  • Monitor consumables and parts inventory and coordinate order fulfillment

  • Coordinates device installations, moves, and decommissions while maintaining service reporting, supporting client ticketing systems, and escalating major incidents as needed

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience managing a print or equipment fleet environment

  • Familiarity with printers, multifunction devices, Local Area Networks, and basic networking

  • Experience with software and server administration, configuration, and device troubleshooting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and effective organizational, customer service, and communication skills

  • A+ certification or relevant technical training is preferred

  • We are also open for no experience and fresh graduate.
