Job description

Hill Country Tool Company is a small but growing manufacturer and wholesaler of circular saw blades and industrial parts for 15 years. We strive for fast and dependable service.

We are looking for an Office/Accounting Manager who will help keep the daily office and accounting side of the business running smoothly. This is an office role for someone with prior experience in a small business, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or inventory-based environment.


What We’re Looking For

  1. Experience in customer service, office operations, accounting, sales support, shipping coordination, or a similar office role
  2. 6+ years of professional experience
  3. Familiarity with ERP, accounting, order entry, or inventory management systems preferred
  4. Bachelor’s degree
