We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and help create a polished, efficient workplace within a busy investment firm. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the go-to resource and keeping a high-performing team running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendors, supplies, facilities, and office services
  • Partner with leadership and teams to coordinate schedules, meetings, and day-to-day office logistics
  • Plan internal events, team activities, and office initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs and maintain a professional office environment
  • Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative projects as needed
