Office Manager

Seeking an experienced full-time, on-site Office Manager to oversee the administrative and human resources functions at a business advisory firm for healthcare providers in Nashville, TN.

The Position
  • General office management โ€“ Supplies, Calendars, Equipment, Meetings.
  • Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.
  • Billing/Invoicing.
  • Payroll Processing.
  • Recruiting and Onboarding new staff.
  • Compliance management and enforcement.
  • Collaboration with marketing and benefits teams.
  • Development and maintenance of key relationships โ€“ Partners/Client Advisors/staff/clients/vendors.
  • Oversite and administration of all duties relating to the front desk including answering phones, screening and distributing correspondence, ordering office supplies, scanning and filing paperwork.
  • Working closely with the Administrative Director on other duties as needed.
Location & Work Eligibility
  • Position on-site and based in Nashville, TN.
  • Must currently reside in the Middle Tennessee area or be able to reliably commute.
  • U.S. work authorization required.
  • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.

  • 2+ years' experience as an Office Manager.
  • Competent typing skills, solid command of Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc).
  • Comfort with office equipment and digital resources (copy machine/scanner, CRMs, Adobe).
  • Attitude of excellence, commitment to team & drive to exceed expectations.
  • Accounting office experience preferred.
