Office Manager

Immediate need for an Office Manager. This is a 06+ Month Contract-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential and is located in New York City, NY (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, courier services, and visitor management
  • Coordinate meeting room scheduling and ensure meeting spaces are organized and well maintained
  • Support daily office administration, including pantry supplies, stationery inventory, and workplace logistics
  • Assist with employee onboarding activities, including workplace setup, access cards, and office requests
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and routine facility services
  • Support office events, employee engagement initiatives, and other operational activities
  • Ensure compliance with workplace policies, security protocols, and administrative procedures
  • Maintain accurate office records and assist with administrative reporting as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the Support Operations team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in office administration, office management, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
