We are a growing furniture rental and event services company in Manhattan seeking a motivated and organized Office Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration, customer service, and event operations.
Job Responsibilities
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
· Respond to customer emails and inquiries.
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
· Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
· Prepare and organize office documents and filing systems.
· Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and basic administrative tasks.
· Coordinate with warehouse and event staff regarding deliveries and event schedules.
· Help maintain inventory records and office supplies.
· Support event planning and logistics as needed.
· Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service.
· Perform general office duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
