Job description

We are a domestic brand automotive dealership currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in the Upper West Part of South Carolina. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and providing excellent administrative support.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee daily office activities and operations
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Reconcile and post daily banking transactions
  • Maintain accounting schedules
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Prepare and manage invoices, and expense reports
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Support HR functions, such as employee orientation and performance evaluations

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Previous dealership office manager experience
  • CDK experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures is a plus
