About the Opportunity:

A growing professional services organization is seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of its newly established St. Louis office. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys creating organized, efficient workspaces and serving as the go-to resource for office operations.


In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly during scheduled workdays by coordinating administrative tasks, managing office logistics, supporting employees and visitors, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping operations organized and efficient.


This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing support of a brand-new office location while working with a collaborative and growing organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the St. Louis office during scheduled workdays.
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor needs.
