As the first point of contact for its 1,100 families, the assistant will be the face of the facility, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient front-office environment in a fast-paced setting. This critical role involves managing all customer correspondence, overseeing the end-to-end enrollment process, and handling a high volume of calls and emails. The ideal candidate will be a key partner to the owner, ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions through proactive problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail. Success in this position requires a unique blend of exceptional customer service and personal accountability. The role demands a candidate with a "backbone" who can navigate conversations with passionate parents with grace and firmness, without taking things personally. As the assistant will be working with minimal supervision, they must be a self-starter who can manage their time effectively and communicate clearly and directly. Proficiency with office software and a willingness to learn the company's customer management system are essential.
