Position Summary

The Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the office while serving as a key liaison between management, customers, vendors, and employees. This individual will ensure smooth office operations, support accounting and human resources functions, coordinate customer communications, and assist with various business activities critical to the success of the manufacturing operation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Coordinate incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and office communications.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and company documentation.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and HR administrative functions, including onboarding and employee records management.
  • Support purchasing activities and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility-related needs.
  • Assist with customer order tracking and communication between office and production teams.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate company events as needed.

Qualifications
