Familiarity with office equipment, document management systems, and communication platforms such as email and shared calendars is often required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude help an intern stand out in a busy office environment. These skills are essential for supporting daily operations, learning quickly, and contributing effectively to team objectives.
