Sand Law, PLLC is offering a position in a fast-paced, fun environment with a downtown setting. The Firm has an immediate opening for an Intake Coordinator in their St. Paul, Minnesota office. Sand Law, PLLC. is a multi-state practicing firm in North Dakota and Minnesota while providing representation in the fields of Personal Injury and Criminal Defense. 
The Intake Coordinator will work with the personal injury team and will be a main point of contact and responsible for communicating with potential new clients (PNC’s) who contact the firm through phone, email, text, and website submission. The Intake Coordinator will work directly with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to manage the acquisition of new clients. The Intake Coordinator is responsible, but not limited to the following:
DUTIES:

  • Responsible for presenting clear service information to potential new clients with the goal of encouraging potential new clients to hire Sand Law.
  • Responsible for communicating professionally with potential new clients.
  • Serves potential new clients and answers inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records.
  • Assist in preparing reports as needed.
  • Assist in transitioning new clients to proper attorneys to manage the case to settlement.
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Calm, compassionate, understanding, patient, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills via computer and phone.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • An enthusiasm for developing creative solutions to problems.
  • Great at working in a team environment.
  • One year legal experience in Personal Injury law a plus, but not required
  • Sales background is a plus, but not required.
EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience with high activity of phone calls and emails
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems a plus, but not required

A three-week mandatory training will be required at the Firm's St. Paul, Minnesota office.
 
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

  • Bend, stoop, reach, and grasp objects as necessary.
