One of my direct clients is looking for an Front Office IT Business Analyst (Support). Please find the complete job description below and let me know if you are interested.
Role: Front Office IT Business Analyst (Support)
Duration: 12 month
Location: NYC(Hybrid)

Required skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Finance
  • Experience in IT business analysis and/or IT Support Analyst functions for Front Office in the Finance industry
  • Knowledge of financial Products (Structured Products, Equity Options, Securities Lending, TRS, Repo, Interest Rate Derivatives and term structures, Credit bonds, CLO ) and their trade workflows.
  • Knowledge and experience in one of the following:
    • Equity/Equity Derivatives trade execution and booking (Fidessa, Dash, Markitwire, Sophis or similar )
    • Credit Markets Executions, Trades and booking gateways (Credit Bonds, CLO, ABS..)
    • Equity Structured products trades and workflows (MTN Documentation )
    • Pricing, P&L and Risk management
    • Equity and Credit Instrument Data Referential (Listed Derivatives, Securities, Indices, and ETFs), RIMES of similar applications.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Strong communication skills.to effectively support the needs of the Front Office teams
  • Ability to quickly prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment on multiple applications
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Knowledge in Agile practices and methodologies is a plus
