Are you organized, people-focused, and ready to be the friendly face of HR? We're looking for a Front Office People Operations Generalist to be the first point of contact for our employees—greeting visitors, answering questions, and keeping our HR operations running smoothly. You'll wear many hats: from processing inquiries and onboarding new hires to optimizing our HR processes and maintaining our knowledge base.

What You'll Do

Be the Hub of Our HR Operations

  • Greet employees and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and provide immediate assistance and support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries, thoughtfully routing questions and escalating complex issues to the right person

Keep Our Operations Running Smoothly

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and HR-related mail
  • Coordinate all new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employees have a smooth transition experience
  • Process employment eligibility documents (Form I-9) and maintain organized digital employee files
  • Handle scheduling, filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks that keep HR running efficiently

Improve How We Work

  • Process HR cases and inquiries through our ticket management system and service hotline
  • Create and maintain HR knowledge base articles that help employees help themselves
  • Contribute to standardizing and documenting HR procedures for consistency across our organization
  • Analyze HR process flows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience

Support Leadership & Strategy

  • Generate accurate, timely reports and metrics that inform HR leadership and business partner decision-making
  • Collaborate on special projects and initiatives that support our broader HR and company goals
What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Employee-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help
  • Commitment to teamwork and adaptability in a changing environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with HR information systems like Workday
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
