Job Summary

We are seeking an Experience Manager to support the overall guest and employee experience across the account with a strong focus on event coordination and catering service execution. The role blends hospitality, operations, and client engagement to ensure high-quality experiences throughout daily service and special events. The ideal candidate is service‑mindful, adaptable, and comfortable overseeing a wide range of experience‑driven activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support daily catering and event operations to ensure seamless and professional execution.
  • Coordinate logistics related to meetings, events, and onsite experiences, including setup, service flow, and post‑event breakdown.
  • Partner with culinary leaders and internal teams on general menu planning and event requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and guests, maintaining strong relationships and delivering high‑quality service.
  • Provide guidance to experienced and catering staff; assist with training as needed.
  • Maintain oversight of event timelines, resources, and service standards.
  • Support experience‑enhancing initiatives throughout the account as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
