Job description

As a member of the Global Logistics CVO (Company Vehicle Operations) Team, the Vehicle Coordinator is responsible for assigning and disposing of company-owned vehicles to ensure the appropriate flow of inventory based on the currently provided parameters set by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) client.   

Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $20 per hour.

Hours:

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 11:30am to 8pm.

Office Coordinator Responsibilities include: 

  • Update company systems. 
  • Schedule vehicle swaps for executives. 
  • Communicate with executives in high volume via phone, email, and in person. 
  • Oversee the processing of vehicle appointment records.
  • Problem solve and assist with driver inquiries. 
  • Support vehicle sales processes through system updates and documentation.
  • Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision. 

Office Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:  

  • A high school diploma/GED. 
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience. 
  • Base PC skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving ability. 
  • Excellent organizational skills yet flexible to accomplish objectives that are often subject to change. 
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction. 
  • Must have superior attendance, be prompt, and reliable.
