We are seeking an Office Coordinator at our division in Fond du Lac, WI

JOB DUTIES:

The primary role of this position is to coordinate the administrative functions of the office; including, but not limited to:

  • Process daily invoicing and billing.
  • Conduct the end of the month close; this involves accounting for all credits, debits, freight bills, and work-in-process invoicing.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound mail.
  • Maintain the paper files for the division.
  • Purchase office supplies, oversee office equipment and manage vendors associated with office needs.
  • Process outgoing and incoming mail.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Process customer credits.
  • Process customer invoices, adding additional costs.
  • Process receiving paperwork.
  • Assist General Manager with coordinating engagement events, lunches, and customer visits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate must have an administrative background and a minimum of two years of office experience. Experience working with a manufacturing or distribution company is highly preferred. A College degree in accounting or business is also preferred. The candidate must also have good communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding business financials, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
