Front Office Coordinator

Purcellville Oral & Facial Surgery

We are offering a wonderful opportunity to begin at the ground floor (with opportunity for growth) of a new Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice. Our dynamic office is looking for a positive, energetic, and self-motivated individual to help assist the doctor(s) with serving the community and surrounding communities with the highest quality and standards of patient care and comfort.

Front Office Coordinator

Primary responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining appearance and order of oral surgery office, patient scheduling, and patient management

The job duties include greeting patients, answer telephones, respond to and send faxes, gather information from patients upon patients' arrival by having them fill out forms, conduct patient insurance verifications, schedule and confirm appointments, receive patient payments, record them in a database, and provide receipts to patients

Personal Requirements:

Education/Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of billing and collections experience preferred

Working knowledge of computers for Microsoft Office, scheduling, insurance claims processing and records management. Dental/Medical electronic records experience preferred.

Hours:

Full-Time 30-40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
