Job description

You will serve as a SECRETARY (OFFICE AUTOMATION) at PSNS and IMF.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing clerical and administrative support such as preparing and disseminating correspondence or memoranda, maintaining and controlling electronic calendars, receiving and screening visitors/phone calls, arranging travel reservations, and maintaining filing systems utilizing office automation to support assigned office(s) in an organization.
