Qualified Individuals should: Have experience in acquiring permits, the more municipalities the better Have the ability and willingness to work in a solo or team environment Have front desk operation and receptionist experience Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, and a "We before me" mentality Be able to follow directions/instructions Be able to handle a high call volume Accurate keyboard skills and experience with various office equipment/machines, with strong knowledge of NetSuite, Microsoft Word, EXCEL and Outlook Be able to use critical thinking to solve problems Have excellent phone skills while speaking with a great diversity of customers Be able to follow directions and instructions Must have a presentable appearance Excellent people skills Be willing to be fully cross-trained for other positions as needed Benefits: Only work Monday - Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
