About the Role:

Join Unicare Surgery Center Inc as a Korean Speaking Front Office Associate, where you'll be the first point of contact for our diverse patients. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to help create a welcoming environment in our Anaheim, CA location.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in both Korean and English at the front desk.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries efficiently.

Handle patient check-in and check-out processes smoothly.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate patient flow.

Provide information about services and procedures to patients.

Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries.

Support administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Requirements:

Fluency in Korean and English is required.

Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
