The Office Assistant, effectively and efficiently, assists the Branch Manager and Office Manager with all aspects of operations inside the branch. Our ideal candidate would be self-motivated and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities as Office Assistant:

  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and create work tickets
  • Assist Office Manager with payroll and credit and collections
  • Help with the weekly invoicing process
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including taking applications at branch
  • Any other tasks set by management

Upon hire you will enjoy:

  • Hourly rate: $18.00/hour.
  • Weekly hours: 20-25
  • Schedule: 2:00pm - Closing, and a rotating every third Saturday shift.
  • Full benefit package (medical, dental & vision)

Job Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays as required
