About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to keeping our painting projects running smoothly from start to finish. The Production Associate will support our production team in the field and serve as the point of contact for resolving job site issues as they arise. 
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. This role involves daily communication with Spanish-speaking clients and crew members, and the ability to translate job scope and expectations clearly is essential.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the production team with day-to-day painting project coordination and execution
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve job site issues (JSS) in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate job status updates between field crews, project managers, and office staff
  • Ensure job sites are properly set up, stocked, and compliant with company standards
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with crew leads to address scheduling conflicts, supply needs, or customer concerns
  • Document job site activity, incidents, and resolutions accurately
  • Support a positive customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

  • Prior experience in painting, construction, or a related trade (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
