Office Assistant

BWI Companies is looking for an Office Assistant to provide administrative support, deliver outstanding customer service, and help ensure our office operates efficiently every day. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Welcoming visitors and assisting them with check-in, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintaining office supply inventory and coordinating ordering as needed.
  • Filing, organizing, and retrieving documents and company records.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely updates regarding orders, quotes, and other account information.
  • Entering and maintaining accurate customer data, including order information, return requests, and quote documentation.
  • Preparing purchase orders, reports, correspondence, and other business documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for managers and staff.
  • Planning and organizing quarterly division meetings, including scheduling conference rooms, coordinating catering, and arranging lodging when necessary.
  • Providing administrative support to help ensure efficient daily office operations.

We're looking for someone with:

  • An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
