Description
Public Information and College Foundation offices by assisting with marketing, fundraising, and public relations activities; coordinating special events; maintaining budget spreadsheets and reconciling monthly budget reports; maintaining student financial aid records; developing and distributing communications to students; receiving and acknowledging gifts to the College Foundation and maintaining doner records; preparing materials for Foundation Board meetings and documentation for the annual audit; assisting with data collection for institutional reports; preparing routine correspondence; and providing general clerical and administrative support to the Director and other office staff.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Director and staff within the Public Information and College Foundation Office. Reconcile monthly budget reports for both the Public Information Office and the College Foundation. Receive and process funds, prepare acknowledgment letters, and maintain accurate records and spreadsheets of contributions received by the College Foundation for auditing and reporting purposes. Maintain and organize donor files and records for the College Foundation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
Closing Date: August 23, 2026, or open until filled.
Start Date: September 14, 2026.
Salary: $2,650.00 per month.
Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of two (2) years of secretarial experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
