Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software eaglesoft
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications
  • Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with billing and payment processing
