Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist is the first point of contact for the company, answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately. This role also reconciles delivery routes and creates invoices, supporting daily office and order operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and direct calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Reconcile delivery routes to ensure accuracy
  • Enter orders and create invoices as needed
  • Perform basic clerical duties
  • Assist with occasional telephone sales
