Job Title: Behavioral Health Receptionist

Location: Rexburg & St. Anthonyย 

Schedule: Full-Time | 4 days a week | 10 hour shifts

Grand Peaks Behavioral Health is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and customer-focused full-time Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This position provides front office support for our St. Anthony and Rexburg clinics.

As the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, the Receptionist plays an essential role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our mission of providing quality behavioral health care to the communities we serve.



What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls; schedule appointments; collect co-pays and patient payments
  • Support scheduling and coordination for school-based therapy services
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and paperwork
  • Assist with general office duties
